Annual General Meeting – 26th November 2021

Our Annual General Meeting (A.G.M.) will be held in room three of the nursery at 6.30pm on Friday 26th November 2021. Please let Mrs Ward or Katherine know if you would like to attend as seats must be pre-booked.  Please wear a face covering, minimise close contact and sanitise your hands on entering the nursery. Thank you.

– Approval of the minutes for last year’s A.G.M
– Voting to re-adopt the Nursery Constitution
– Resignation of our current Committee
– Election of the nominees to be our new Committee
– Discussion of any Proposals (previously arranged)
– Any other business

If you would like to be nominated for election as a charity trustee (Committee Member) please complete the Declaration and Nomination Form available at nursery.
